Web poker has become world famous as of late, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. The games popularity, though, stretches back quite a bit further than its television scores. Over the years several types on the earliest poker game have been created, including some games that are not in fact poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to blackjack than long-standing poker, in that the players bet against the bank rather than each other. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is little conniving or different kinds of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up before the croupier declares "No more wagers." At that moment, both you and the house and of course every one of the different players attain five cards each. Once you have seen your hand and the dealer’s initial card, you have to in turn make a call wager or accede. The call wager’s value is equal to your original ante, indicating that the stakes will have doubled. Bowing out means that your ante goes instantaneously to the bank. After the bet is the face off. If the dealer doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your wager is given back, plus a sum on par with the ante. If the bank does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand defeats the bank’s hand. The house pony’s up money even with your bet and fixed expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for two pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- 20-1 for a four of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
